There is a zero tolerance policy for transphobia, homophobia, and racism inside every space I run. Not an "I take this seriously" policy. A you're out policy.

All programme content comes with captions and written transcripts. If you're in a 1:1 conversation with me and text doesn't work for you, we can use voice notes instead — or the other way around if voice is harder. I'll follow your lead.
Payment plans are available on everything. If you're in a genuinely tight financial situation, email me before you decide you can't afford something. I can't always say yes, but I will always have the conversation. Please do not use a credit card or a loan to buy something from me unless you genuinely have the means to do so.
