This Agreement is made between Georgina Online Limited t/a Fearless Words, a limited company registered in England and Wales (Registered Number: 12413061, VAT Number: 464668550) with its registered office at 79 Kentons Lane, Windsor, Berkshire, United Kingdom, SL4 4JH, referred to as "the Coach," and the enrolled participant, referred to as "the Client." By purchasing the programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Programme Overview
  • Programme Name: FEARLESS
  • Duration: 16 weeks
  • Start Date: Monday 23 March 2026
  • Price: £997 inclusive of VAT, payable in full or via instalments of 2, 4, or 10 payments.
Programme Includes
  • 8 live teaching modules delivered fortnightly, each covering a distinct element of brand voice, positioning, messaging, and content strategy.
  • 8 live group implementation calls in between each module.
  • Daily access to the Coach via the group community platform.
  • An introductory module (Write Like You're Dead) delivered immediately upon enrolment, before the programme begins.
  • Access to all course materials for the duration of the programme and beyond, for as long as Georgina Online Limited is actively trading.
  • Pay in full bonus: a 1:1 Brand Bible audit call with the Coach, plus a custom AI writing tool trained on the Client's voice and Brand Bible document.

Participant Responsibilities

To ensure a positive and productive experience for everyone, you agree to:

  • Engage actively and respectfully with other participants and the Coach.
  • Complete assignments to the best of your ability.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all group discussions and programme materials.
  • Approach the work with a growth mindset and a commitment to implementation.

Payment Terms
  • Payment must be made in full or via an agreed instalment plan (2, 4, or 10 payments).
  • Instalment payments are due on the agreed dates. Missed payments may result in suspension of access to programme materials and, if unresolved within 7 days, removal from the programme.
  • All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date of your enrolment, provided the programme has not yet begun and you have not accessed the introductory module (Write Like You're Dead).

If you choose to access the introductory module before the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to cancel under these regulations.

Once the Programme Has Started

No refunds will be issued once the programme has commenced on 23 March 2026, or once the introductory module has been accessed, whichever is earlier. This applies regardless of whether you continue to attend or participate.

Instalment Plans

Choosing an instalment plan does not affect these terms. You remain liable for the full programme fee regardless of ongoing participation. Cancellation of an instalment plan does not constitute withdrawal from the programme.

Note: This policy has been drafted to reflect the Coach's understanding of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015. It does not affect your statutory rights.

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
  • All programme materials, including videos, recordings, workbooks, and written content, remain the intellectual property of Georgina Online Limited.
  • Materials are for your personal use only and must not be copied, shared, redistributed, or repurposed without prior written consent.
  • Group discussions are strictly confidential. Screenshots, recordings, or sharing of any group content outside the community are prohibited.
  • Breaches of confidentiality or intellectual property rights may result in immediate removal from the programme without refund, and potential legal action.

Disclaimer
  • The programme is designed to provide tools, strategies, and guidance. Individual results depend on each participant's commitment, effort, and circumstances.
  • The Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes and is not responsible for individual results.

Termination Policy

Participants may be removed from the programme without refund if they:

  • Engage in any form of bigotry, including but not limited to racism, homophobia, transphobia, fatphobia, ableism, sexism, classism, or ageism.
  • Exhibit bullying, harassment, or persistently disruptive behaviour.
  • Promote their own services, solicit other participants for client work, or engage in unsolicited outreach to other participants.

Disputes and Governing Law
  • If you have concerns or disputes, please contact georgina@georginaonline.co.uk in the first instance. The Coach will work with you to resolve them promptly.
  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
